Common Questions
How do I enable camera access?
Open the iOS Settings app, find ScanMonkey, and enable Camera. The App also shows an Open Settings button when camera access is disabled.
Where are my scans stored?
Scans are stored locally on your device unless you export or share them.
How do I remove ads?
Use the Remove Ads option in the App. Purchases are processed by Apple. If you reinstall the App, use Restore Purchases in Settings.
Can I delete my local data?
Yes. In the App, open Settings and choose Delete All Local Data.
Is OCR always accurate?
No. OCR depends on lighting, focus, document quality, angle, and text clarity. Review important text before using it.
