Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of VioraDose (the "App"), provided by DHDS, LLC ("DHDS," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Your Responsibility for Medical Decisions

You are responsible for following the instructions provided by your prescribing clinician and pharmacy label. GLP medications, dosing schedules, missed-dose instructions, side effects, warnings, contraindications, storage rules, and savings-program requirements can vary and can change. Always confirm medication, dose, timing, side effects, and safety questions with your clinician, pharmacist, insurer, or the official manufacturer source.

If you experience severe, unusual, or concerning symptoms, seek appropriate medical care. In an emergency, call emergency services.

2. No Drug Manufacturer Affiliation

VioraDose is not associated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with any drug manufacturer. Medication names, program names, trademarks, and logos belong to their respective owners and are used only to help users identify personal tracking records and official resources.

3. Personal Tracking License

Subject to these Terms, DHDS grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use VioraDose for your own personal tracking. The App is licensed, not sold. Your use of the App may also be subject to Apple's standard App Store terms and device platform rules.

4. Accuracy and Availability

The App depends on information you enter, device permissions, Apple Health data availability, iOS notification behavior, third-party lookup data, and software logic. Logs, reminders, charts, calculations, imported Health values, barcode results, savings resources, and summaries may be incomplete, delayed, outdated, or inaccurate. You should review important information yourself before relying on it.

5. Apple Health and Device Permissions

If you grant permission, the App may read supported Apple Health data such as weight, height, dietary energy, protein, water, and step count. Apple Health access is controlled by iOS. You can decline access and still use manual logging. You are responsible for deciding which permissions you enable.

6. Reminders and Notifications

VioraDose may schedule local reminders for doses, pills, water, supplements, and missed-dose checks. Notifications are a convenience only and are not guaranteed. Focus modes, device settings, Apple platform behavior, time-zone changes, or other factors can affect delivery. Always follow your clinician's instructions rather than relying on an App reminder.

7. Food, Barcode, and Nutrition Information

Barcode and nutrition features may use public or third-party nutrition databases, including Open Food Facts and USDA FoodData Central. Food, calorie, protein, fiber, water, and nutrition values can be incomplete or inaccurate. These features are for personal context only.

8. Savings and Access Resources

Savings, coupon, patient assistance, pharmacy, phone, and manufacturer links shown in the App are provided for convenience. Eligibility, prices, maximum savings, requirements, exclusions, and terms can change without notice. Always verify all savings information with the official manufacturer source, insurer, pharmacist, or program administrator.

9. Subscriptions and Purchases

VioraDose may offer subscriptions, free trials, or premium features through the Apple App Store. Prices, trial terms, renewal details, and cancellation rules are shown in the App Store purchase flow or paywall before purchase. Apple handles billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds according to Apple's policies. RevenueCat may be used to manage purchase status and entitlement restoration.

10. Your Content and Sharing

You are responsible for the information you enter, export, or share from the App. Review doctor notes, JSON exports, screenshots, and any other shared material before sending. When you share information through another app or service, that destination's terms and privacy practices apply.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to interfere with its operation, reverse engineer protected portions of the App except where allowed by law, use it to harm another person, or use it in a way that violates applicable law.

12. Changes to the App or Terms

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VioraDose is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DHDS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for damages arising from medical decisions, dosing decisions, missed reminders, inaccurate logs, third-party data, App unavailability, or your use of information from the App.
