Common Questions
How do I enable accurate sunrise and sunset clocks?
Open iOS Settings, find SoftRise, and allow Location. SoftRise uses location only for supported clock scenes that depend on local sunrise and sunset timing.
How do I enable wake alarms?
Open SoftRise Preferences or Wake Alarm settings and follow the prompt to enable notifications or alarm permissions. Also check device volume, Focus modes, and Apple notification settings.
How do subscriptions work?
SoftRise Plus subscriptions are processed by Apple. You can manage, cancel, or review subscriptions from your Apple account settings.
Can I use saved blends with clocks and unwind timers?
Yes. Saved blends are available from the sleep sound picker and can be used with clock and unwind screens.
