Is InnerShift medical or mental health care?

No. InnerShift is general wellness only. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace professional medical or mental health care.

Where are my journal notes and check-ins stored?

They are stored locally on your device unless you choose to share them outside the App.

How do I restore purchases?

Open Settings in the App and choose Restore Purchases. Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple.

Can I use InnerShift while driving?

No. Do not listen while driving, operating machinery, or doing anything that requires attention.

Can results vary?

Yes. People respond differently to hypnosis and relaxation audio. InnerShift does not guarantee sleep, symptom relief, habit change, or any specific result.
