Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how DHDS, LLC ("DHDS," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with InnerShift Meditation (the "App").

Summary

InnerShift Meditation is designed as a local-first guided meditation app. Your session history, favorites, journey selections, reflection notes, check-ins, sound choices, playback settings, and app preferences are stored on your device unless you choose to share information with us for support.

Information Stored on Your Device

The App may store selected meditation goals, suggested journey paths, completed sessions, minutes practiced, favorites, journal notes, reflection prompts, session check-ins, selected background sounds, playback settings, subscription access status, and other app preferences locally on your device.

No Account System

InnerShift Meditation does not require you to create an account. We do not operate a user account database for the App.

Guided Audio and Meditation Content

Guided meditations and background sounds are provided in the App. Listening activity, journey selections, and journal entries are intended for your private use and are stored locally on your device.

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

InnerShift Meditation may offer in-app purchases or auto-renewable subscriptions for access to premium content or features. Purchases are processed by Apple. We do not receive your full payment card number. Apple may provide us with purchase status information needed to unlock content, manage access, restore purchases, prevent fraud, and support the App.

Support Communications

If you contact us for support, we may receive your email address, the contents of your message, and any information you choose to include. Do not send sensitive health, mental health, payment, or personal information unless it is necessary for your request.

Health and Sensitive Information

InnerShift Meditation is a general wellness app, not a medical or mental health service. Journal notes and check-ins may reflect how you feel, but they are stored on your device and are not reviewed by DHDS unless you choose to send them to us.

Third-Party Services

The App uses Apple services for App Store distribution, in-app purchases, subscriptions, and purchase restoration. Apple handles those services under its own terms and privacy policies. The App does not currently use third-party advertising SDKs or third-party analytics SDKs.

Some guided audio may be created using third-party production tools before it is included in the App. Those tools are not used to collect information from App users during ordinary App use.

Sharing and Exports

If you copy, screenshot, email, message, export, back up, or otherwise share App content or journal information, that action is controlled by you and may be handled by Apple or another third-party service. Their terms and privacy policies may apply.

Children's Privacy

InnerShift Meditation is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Data Retention and Deletion

App data stored on your device remains there until you delete it, reset app data, or uninstall the App. Support emails may be retained as needed to respond to requests, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above.
